Important Nutrition Tips for Fatty Liver Patients:

 

1- These people should reduce the consumption of carbohydrates in their diet, especially simple carbohydrates (sugar, sugar, sweets and fats) and use unsaturated fats such as liquid and vegetable oils (olive oil and canola oil for cooking). 

2- Separating red and white meat fats, consuming red meat at most twice a week, increasing the consumption of fiber (vegetables, bran and cereals), using foods with anti-inflammatory properties (fish oil and black seed) in the diet, avoiding foods Frying and substituting boiled or steamed foods, exercising and exercising (30 minutes to an hour a day) are other recommendations for people with fatty liver.

 

Consumption of vegetables and whole grains is free for these patients. Consumption of fruits, despite having fiber, is limited in these patients due to their high sugar content. These people are allowed to consume three units of fruit daily, but they can not eat three units at once, but must eat at intervals of the day.

 

 

People with fatty liver need to take medication to lower their fat and blood sugar. Taking supplements such as fish oil, probiotics, flaxseed (30 grams per day) and grains (up to 2 grams per day) that have anti-inflammatory properties can also help prevent the progression of the disease.
