Do not eat plastic with mineral water!

Contrary to many people's beliefs, mineral water packaging can be used for a certain period of time. It is interesting to know that the point that concerns the consumption of mineral water is the plastic in which the water is packed.

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is commonly used for small and large mineral water bottles and heavy polyethylene (HDPE) is used for cooling water bottles. When plastics expire or the packaging is exposed to heat, sunlight, and heat from cars or trucks, these plastics leak into the water.

In this way, toxins and substances inside these plastics enter the water. This not only affects the taste of the water but can also cause serious damage to the health of the body.

Complications of chemical leakage:

Toxins disrupt the body's endocrine system, causing fertility problems, various cancers, neurological problems, and damage to the immune system.

True or false expiration date!

Many mineral water manufacturers put a standard two-year expiration date on the bottle. But the truth is that there is no definitive way to determine exactly when water in a bottle can no longer be drunk. However, it is obvious that the longer the bottle is held, the more likely that it will be exposed to heat or its quality will generally begin to decline.
